I'm not new to this part of the world but I have seen the difference between the locals and foreign people as far as personality and interaction (or lack there of), and wanted to hear so folks take on dating/relationship/other here.

I'll try to give you a more serious answer since this thread seems to be lacking some perspectives that aren't from The Julekalender.
Yes, there are differences between Norwegians and foreigners. Most Norwegians are more closed off and might be harder to get to know.
I wouldn't mind dating someone from another country as long as they aren't religious and their values are similar to mine.
